Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at SoferStore.com Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

It is recommended to contact our Customer Support to know more about shipping rates before you order. Sometimes we can combine several order and the shipping rate will be lower.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Wrong or incomplete address

 

The customer should provide complete and correct shipping address. If the carrier is not able to deliver the items to the provided address, they will return them to us. Most commonly it’s referred to as the ‘wrong address’. It happens if you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier. Be extra careful with apartment numbers and zip codes! Don’t leave them out and double check the digits.

Another reason items are returned by the carrier is that they were ‘unclaimed’. If you don’t collect the item at the local post or a different pickup location, it will be returned to our facility.

In both cases the customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with the customer.

 

Damages

 

SoferStore.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Return and Refund Policy

 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

 

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

In the product was returned to our facility because of incorrect/incomplete address or the parcel was unclaimed the customer is not eligible to receive refund for shipping and handling of the order.
